Greg Horridge

President, CEO


Greg is the president and CEO of Indaco Risk Advisors.  He began his risk-management career with what was then Lee Insurance Services nearly two decades ago.  Greg’s focus was developing the firm’s commercial and employee-benefits channels.  The firm has grown more than 400 percent between 1994 and when he executed a management buyout in 2008. Indaco’s status has allowed Greg to be active on insurance-company national and regional advisory councils.  Greg has been actively involved in many philanthropic activities and currently serves on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Virginia.  He has a risk-management degree from the University of Georgia and completed the Appalachian State University Insurance Executive Program.


J. Todd Daniel

Executive Vice President


Todd is the executive vice president of Indaco.  He began his career at what was Lee Insurance in 2006.  He began his risk-management career with Federated Insurance as a marketing representative.

Todd is a military veteran who served as a Ranger in the U.S. Army.  He also was an assistant director at a residential school for at-risk teens and a vocational supervisor for adults with disabilities.  Todd is a graduate of Radford University.


Elizabeth Williams Davis


Beth is the treasurer of Indaco and is responsible for, among other things, commercial-account management and financial analysis. She started her risk-management career at the inception of Lee Insurance.  Previously, she was an account manager at Lee & Short Insurance.

She is a 1988 graduate of the University of Virginia, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics.
